Frisbee finishes second at University of Maine at Farmington

The Saint A’s club ultimate frisbee team went 5-1 with their only defeat coming in the championship match. The Hawks took home second place in a two-day tournament up in ME the weekend of Oct. 15 and 16. A few of the other schools that participated were Bates College and Unity College. The team is hosting a tournament on the Hilltop Nov. 5 and 6.

Bressler named NE-10 Player of the Week

The sophomore forward took home the honor as the field hockey squad won both games the week of Oct. 13, defeating two nationally ranked teams in Stonehill and American International College at the time they played the NE-10 schools. Bressler helped out in both contests. She had the assist on the eventual game-wining goal against Stonehill on Oct. 18 and had a goal and an assist in the 3-1 victory versus AIC.
