Men’s ice hockey wins 4-0, snaps winless streak

The Hawks men’s hockey team defeated New England College by a 4-0 score on December 5. They snapped their winless streak and improved their season record to 3-5-1. They will play their last game of 2014 on December 9th against Franklin Pierce and will return to action after New Year’s on January 2nd against SUNY Potsdam.

Women’s hockey drops 2 straight, looks to rebound

The Hawks women’s hockey team lost back-to-back games this past weekend. They were defeated by Colby College on December 5th by a 4-3 score and lost to Bowdoin College on December 6th by a 4-1 score. They now have a 6-3-1 record, and their season will resume after New Year’s on January 3rd against Sacred Heart University.

Men’s basketball wins 4 straight, improves to 6-1

The Hawks men’s basketball team defeated Franklin Pierce University on December 6th by a score of 91-88. They have now won four straight games and will return to action December 10th against Stonehill College.

Women’s basketball loses close game in OT

The Hawks women’s basketball team lost a close game in overtime on December 6th against Franklin Pierce University by a 67-63 score. With that loss they fell to 4-3 on the season. They will be back in action December 10th against Stonehill College.
