On Tuesday, Sept. 13, Saint Anselm College senior Joe Alexander Jr. won the Merrimack County District 19 State Primary for State Representative. Joe pledges to support law enforcement, provide veterans with the best care possible, to preserve the environment, and keep taxes low.
