Two coaches out in successive days, Wallis and Mackey

Tony Wallis of Women’s soccer announced that he will not return at the helm on Nov. 10. He spent a decade worth of seasons here on the Hilltop with a 65-88-25 overall record. The next day, Ric Mackey, the men’s and women’s ski teams decided he will step down as the coach. He served as coach for only one season. The search process of finding new coaches for both the ski teams and women’s soccer is currently underway.

Football loses to AIC in final game of the year, ends 2-9

Saint A’s football raced out to a 21 to nothing lead in less than five minutes. But, American International College stormed back to win the game with 28 unanswered points. The Hawks finished the year at 2-9 with the Yellow Jackets concluding their season with four wins and nine losses. Quarterback Yianni Gavalas broke the all-time passing record for touchdowns in the defeat.
