Professor Erik Cleven, assistant professor for the Department of Politics, won third prize in the landscape category of the New Hampshire Wild Photo Contest.

Cleven said he entered the competition because, “I thought it would be fun and the proceeds go to the NH Audubon Society. I support them because I am an avid bird watcher and want to protect our bird populations.

The New Hampshire Audubon nonprofit website states, “All winning photos will be donated to the silent auction that will benefit the Massabesic Audubon Center. Winning photos will be on display from October 6 to December 2, 2016.”
